Bronson, Lost Lands Music Festival
“Bronson” 2023, Lost Lands Music Festival Camping Village Stage
Bronson
With only 2 weeks to design and plan, this monster took about 20 days on site to fabricate and install. The original concept was to adapt a full scale replica of a Argentinosaurus skeleton to become the decorative feature framing a large stage environment, as well as a major seating and interactive element. Bronson was assembled out of progressively laminated plywood and dimensional lumber, and then meticulously carved and painted to achieve its fossilized appearance as it pushes itself out of the dirt. This sculpture was originally created for Lost Lands 2023 camping village, and then re-worked and installed at the Lost lands 2024 Crater Stage.
