The Sushi Roll, Moonlight Mirage 2022

The Shushi Roll

This stage was designed as a commission from Moonlight Mirage Festival, 2022. The project involved designing and building a custom bamboo DJ booth and a large shade structure for the dance area. The design was inspired by classical bamboo home construction and the playful intimate nature of Japanese artisan street food carts and mobile restaurants.
